Basically you need for each delivered prescription a
personal contact with your physician. In certain cases e.g. constant drugs, so
called repeated prescriptions we depart from this. To see if this is possible
for you, it is necessary to discuss this matter with your physician, who will
note this in your electronic file. If it is foreseeable that you want repeated
prescriptions sent to you by post, please leave addressed and stamped envelopes
at our reception desk for you.
Prescriptions for very expensive drugs such as
immunoglobulin or HIV-therapeutic agents can not be sent by post. For the delivery
of these prescriptions a physician- patient contact is required.
Basically, prescriptions can only be delivered, when your
insurance card in the corresponding quarter has been read in here and if
necessary the charges for medical registration has been paid.
Sending of prescriptions by post
In case you wish the postal sending of repeated
prescriptions, we give these normally at the same day or the following weekday
to the post office of the hospital. Attention should be paid to the fact that
through this the mail delivery time can be extended by a further day.
Personal collection of prescriptions
Requisition of prescriptions by phone: Please clarify during
the call, when the prescription can be picked up. Requisition per e-mail: Normally you can pick up the
prescription the following weekday apart from 3 pm.
In case someone else but you picks up the prescription,
please tell us the name of this person and his date of birth. When picking-up the prescription we
will ask him to prove his identity by ID-card or passport.
